For this.....
Yep, come August we're leaving this gorgeous paradise and moving to Buffalo New York. Nate will be getting his Masters in Financial Economics. We are excited for the adventure, but very, very sad to leave. Edison and I are making sure to get in as many beach days as we possibly can. Ah! So sad!

We are living just outside of Rochester, NY right now, so we'll be neighbors. I think that Buffalo's only about an hour away, so if you're up for a little drive we would really love to have you guys over for dinner when you get out here. (Plus, we only live about 12 miles from Palmyra, so you could come see the sites).
I know that leaving Hawaii will be sad, but the one nice thing about upstate NY is that the spring, summer, and fall are really great here. Our favorite thing to do in the summer is to take weekend day trips to hike to all the nearby waterfalls and cascades. And the fall leaves are really pretty (if only fall didn't mean that winter was coming, I could fully enjoy the season). The winters are long, and I've heard Buffalo's a little worse than Rochester. (I'll always be a San Diego girl -- I'd rather live someplace warm and just visit the cold places).
But when we moved out here a year ago someone told me that the summer and fall in NY make up for the winter. (Not quite sure about that, but it's pretty close). Oh, and everything grows here, so it's been fun planting our first garen this year.
Anyways, good luck with your move and it really would be great to have you guys over, so let us know when you get out here.
